The Thrash House was originally built approximately 100 years ago. Layers and layers were peeled off to recover and restore the original historic details. It was then transformed into a home with the conveniences of today with a 938 SF basement and a 1,388 SF main level addition, containing a kitchen that won Best Kitchen Design, a master suite, and living area. The Thrash House also received the Best Custom Home award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference with entries from the United States, Canada, and China.
